2. Interaction with the Corporate in Delhi/ NCR region, which means constantly interacting with top industry people at CEO and Head of Department level.
3. Talent Resource Initiating and controlling the Placement Process.
4. Brand Positioning – Conducting different brand building and re – positioning event.
5. Being a part of CMC involves Concept marketing which would mean Making Corporate Presentations to senior industry people and proposing areas where RBS and the target organization could partner. Example: Working out national tie-ups for Campus recruitment with top business group of India Inc.
6. Person would be responsible for arranging the On Job Training, Summer Training & Final Placement of student studying in various management courses with us.
