1. Meeting the territory sales goals and objectives, and, maintaining control of sales expenses
2. Achieving base target in all product divisions
Sales
3. Calling on all current and prospective customers on regular basis
4. Displays complete knowledge of company’s products and necessary company procedures
5. Spends at least 75% of time out of the office visiting prospective and current customers
6. Display excellent sales skills and makes effective use of sales aids
7. Demonstrates competency in conducting demonstrations, talks and seminars in their territory
8. Demonstrates effectiveness in pre-call planning and after call activities
9. Presents the company favorably at all times
10. Negotiates prices within agreed guidelines (SOP)
11. Liaison with other Sales staff to constantly provide/ improve their competitive position
12. Has complete knowledge of the company’s products and necessary company procedures.
13. Responsible for showing growth in all product areas – exhibiting a balanced selling job
14. Demonstrates a good understanding of the competition and their products
15. Exhibits excellent organizational skills
Customer service
16. Ensure that the company achieves its customer satisfaction objective at all times
17. Reports promptly to The RSM of any circumstances where this is not occurring
18. Maintains and reviews customer records
19. Conducts oneself in a manner that will, at all times, bring credit to him/herself, the company and the industry.
20. Responsible for training the scientists.
21. Must prepare technical PPts and demonstrate the products to the customers
