Analysis of Transactional Monitoring data as collated by the team
Roll out of structured initiatives to enhance and maintain the quality scores month-on month
Ownership of all client defined metrics for the overall success of the project
Providing direction to the QCR’s and making their feedback more effective
* Ensure adequate and equal workload to all QCs.
* Actively manage staff on a regular basis to ensure all issues are dealt with effectively and efficiently
* Train, coach and motivate QCs and Supervisors.
* Responsible for Staff Retention / attrition level
* Be involved in the recruitment of the team members & Supervisors
* Be involved in the appraisal process of the team members & Supervisors.
* Responsible for grooming QCs and supervisors to manage the responsibilities better.
* Responsible for Outage in the team.
* Conduct process level reviews to ascertain health of the process
* Responsible for regular updates to Client on all initiatives pertaining to Quality
* Responsible for ensuing all new updates from client are being circulated.
* Responsible for conducting review on Quality with Client.
