Responsibilities:
Conduct class room training on Voice and accent neutralization, soft skills and culture sensitization.
Train associates in call handling skills and techniques.
Develop training modules and various need based training programs
Conduct refresher and retraining programs
Conduct pre hiring assessments
Monitor call on the floor and coached the associates.
Calibrate on Talent hiring and Voice coaching process
