•Complete publication support assignments by adhering to processes
•Ensure that quality benchmarks are met on all assignments
•Review assignments completed by freelancers and provide them with feedback
•Drive or contribute to editing-team initiatives, e.g., creation and management of resources
•Write emails to be sent to clients
•Prepare and edit images and tables
•Candidates will be working on research papers from a wide variety of subject areas
