The primary goal of the Global Travel Coordinator is to find the very best deals for Synygy and its employees while maximizing all possible travel perks, awards and points, ultimately saving the company money.
Primary job responsibilities include:
* Booking domestic and international travel for the President and CEO of Synygy and other senior team members (both personal and Synygy business)
* Assisting all Synygy employees globally to book travel at the most economical fare while maximizing travel benefits
* Enforcing corporate travel policies and saving the company money
* Advising employees on respective airline/hotel/car rules, regulations and cancellation policies
* Remain updated on all aspects of international/domestic travel including best deals, fare updates, regular attendance at product launches and all job related training
