Under operations, the candidate shall be responsible for making hotel reservations, air ticketing, ground transportation with preferred suppliers, based on the travel requirements of the agents/passengers. Need to co-ordinate with the travel suppliers as required to ensure timely bookings and response. Need to provide excellent customer service to all customers and suppliers of the company.
Shall be required to maintain sales and bookings reports and report to the management regularly.
