§ Design training courses and programs.
§ Update Process Manual & Attending calibrations.
§ Conduct need based onsite training for clients.
§ Undertake regular analysis of areas of improvement for NDC staff.
§ Carry out routine checks to assess the knowledge of staff.
§ Provide feedback about the strength and weaknesses of each employee and suggest remedial measures.
§ Rolling out of Monthly Knowledge Checks.
§ Conduct training programs on basic for all new employees and also conduct need based suitable training for other employees.
§ Conduct quarterly evaluation for training NDC staff.
§ Ensure that proper training material is given to all trainees.
§ Design course materials and other documents such as handouts, manuals and exercises.
§ Creating learning environment and resources, including setting up IT equipment.
§ Keep abreast of all new developments and products
§ Attend relevant training programs.
§ Conceive and implement new/ innovative ideas for training that contributes to further success of training efforts.
