The candidate must have an on hand experience in the following:

1. CA or Engineer + MBA preferable in Operation Research, MIS, Finance or PG in Stats. /Eco with good Analytical exposure to Credit Risk, Business Analysis, & MIS

2. Exposure to Statistical tools like SPSS or SAS,

3. Should demonstrate critical and analytical thinking including analyzing the problem and suitable solution to the same.

4. Should have good analytics experience and consulting experience/basic understanding of business problems and suggesting solutions

5. Create Risk Management policies, procedures and control systems in line with the Business Requirements

6. Should be pro-active in submitting solutions to the problems

7. Should be able to provide operational and strategic support to the new business.

8. Should have done forecasting/modeling, data analysis, used regression/optimization models and techniques.

9. Long term and short term budgeting.

10. Assist management in process of taking decision on new project, basis the competition, costing and margin

11. Preparing detailed Project cost sheets and optimum capacity utilization levels for upcoming Greenfield project

12. Material planning for the new Project basis the need plan

13. Making monthly P&L of business, analysis of the same against the plan, and offer solutions for improvements

14. Manage reporting and analysis activities to ensure financial health of the business

15. Work closely with CMD / JMD of the company.

16. Making periodical business reports

17. Preparation of Business Plan

18. Quarterly and annual closure of accounts

19. Articulate talking points and takeaways for President’s presentations

20. Tracking monthly progress of all initiatives

21. Program Management of key initiatives

22. Program Management of Corporate Initiatives

23. Represent the President (when traveling) on various steering committees

24. Automation of MIS reports

25. Monthly financial planning and analysis

26. Prepare Monthly Progress Report of all support functions for Chairman and JMD

27. Valuation and appraisal of target companies for acquisition
