• Conceptualising a dream into an economic reality using modern tools.
• To evolve concepts and designs that balance innovative design, functional requirements, particularly the local with aesthetic appeal.
• Studying, researching and planning various styles of furniture design which have global appeal and Indian appreciation.
• Discussing designs with HNI’s/renowned Professionals for custom ordering,” Signature” products.
• Liaising with craftsmen or production department staff, such as production managers and design engineers, about the process of construction or manufacture.
• Organising plans and schedules with respect to the availability of resources.
• Leading the R & D Department to devise and carry out the objectives and development plan for technical development and application.
• Directing the R & D trial according to the market requirement.
• Being responsible for the development and innovation of products, creating and implementing the quality system, the standardization and quantitative management of the company.
• Evaluating issues such as safety, materials and manufacturing methods and techniques.
• Set and implement International standards in designing furniture & concepts.
