Establishing new compounds and processes for Molded Rubber Products.
Modification/ improvement in existing products/processes as per customer needs and marketing departmental requirements.
Developing new compounds and working towards cost optimization.
Familiar with RMC sheet and volume time cycle (working on alternatives or new raw materials)
Close co-ordination with Engineers in technologies transfer, developing alternative, raw materials, developing new products/processes
Training of new employees
Budgeting
Synthesizing and developing new products from lab to pilot scale.
