1. Navigate the tour based on the Commitments in the itinerary.
2. Maintain good co-ordination between various principles (viz: DMCs, hotels, coach driver’s chefs, etc.)
3. Maintain punctuality throughout and programme moves as per schedule.
4. To act as a treasurer (maintain tour accounts daily.)
5. Complete Knowledge of
a. Product Contents – City information of all places to be visited, Do’s & Don’ts in a foreign land.
b. Commitments given.
c. Operational aspects
d. Thorough study of the Tour Managers file
6. Should be able to anticipate problems and take precautionary measures to avoid them.
7. Should be able to take proper decisions during the crisis
8. Should see that all pax are entertained throughout
9. Should safe guard tour accounts and make payment to the agent.
10. Providing accurate services during baggage check-in, immigration formalities, embarkation formalities, baggage claim, hotel check-in border check, Airport movements:-
a. Departure from India
b. Departure from end destination.
11. Providing daily instructions of the days schedule and the next day’s plans.
12. Distribution of Tips.
13. Reconfirmation of air tickets
